Hello, I'm Jeannette and this is me in my 61st year, recently transitioning from a 30-year career in Information Technology to a career as a qualified Nutrition and Health Coach. Throughout my previous career, I used my strong aptitude for problem-solving, driven by a deep curiosity about how systems function and a desire to identify and rectify the root causes of issues. For as long as I can remember, I have also had a very keen interest in health and the impact of diet on well-being, and throughout this time successfully addressed several personal health issues through a combination of research, lifestyle and diet modifications.
